RENT IT - We have NeurOptimal® systems available for training at home or for commercial use!
At this time, neurofeedback sessions are not billable to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Billing services are not available. Families may purchase and share bundles.
Professional Trainer - Rental system for home training is $1,000.00 with unlimited sessions*
Rental period is one month with unlimited training sessions for personal home use.
*Includes 4oz conductive paste and one set of sensors which is sufficient for daily training of 4-5 family members. Additional paste and sensors can be purchased separately if needed for larger families.
Please note, if you are local to Northwest Arkansas, you may receive your first session in our office at which time we will show you how to hook yourself up, run a session and care for the system. Otherwise, we will help you get up to speed with short videos and phone/text/email assistance.
We currently ship rental systems in the event that you cannot locate a local trainer with a rental available. Shipping within the continental US via FEDEX insured priority mail is an additional $65.00 round-trip. If you are outside of the continental US, please contact us for shipping costs.

No matter where you are in the world, all new NeurOptimal systems are purchased directly from Zengar Institute Inc. in Canada through their website (www.neuroptimal.com).
It is strongly recommended that you work with an authorized NeurOptimal® Representative and/or Ambassador/Trainer! According to Zengar, those who work with a Representative/Ambassador/Trainer are happier with their overall purchasing experience.
Even if you don't have questions now, placing my name (Carrie Schweer) as your Trainer and Referral Source will cost you nothing but will allow me to provide you with follow up support for your purchase.
If desired, you may list a representative and an ambassador/Trainer during checkout. Doing so will cost you nothing and will allow those who helped you to be compensated by Zengar. Listing a rep in addition to an ambassador does not negatively impact your ambassador.

There are some things you may want to know before you purchase based on your location (import info, fees, shipping variables etc). It costs you nothing to work with a Zengar authorized sales Representative/Trainer/Ambassador and this provides you with an extra level of support - a personal assistant to help with all of your questions before, during and after your purchase.
As a Trainer/Ambassador, I offer personalized service customized to your needs, whether you just have a quick question or prefer hand-holding through the process. I am am available to:
- Answer questions about the systems, financing options, user experience, my business experience etc.
- Provide free live product demonstrations and in person consultations (in our NW Arkansas office location)
- Stay on the phone with purchasers during their checkout process when requested to help them navigate and decide which options or add ons are right for them.
- Answer questions once the system arrives.
- Follow up to walk purchasers through everything they need to know about getting started and making the most of their trial PASS membership.
- Trouble shoot initial hook ups if necessary.
- Keep purchasers informed of important news and updates.
- Offer moral support for home users and new business owners.
- I can also assist with bulk purchasing options for larger institutions, schools, non-profits, businesses or other organizations.
- I am available to make presentations to your boards, councils or other decision makers
Working with a NeurOptimal Trainer/Ambassador gives you the advantage of having a personal assistant and go-to contact for all of your questions before, during and after your NeurOptimal neurofeedback system purchase.
It costs nothing to list a Trainer/Ambassador when you purchase a system and they can advise you of any special offers or other news from Zengar. No sales Representative/Ambassador/Trainer can offer a lower priced system than what you can buy directly from Zengar; therefore if you find a Representative/Ambassador/Trainer that you resonate with, you can rest assured you do not need to shop around for a better deal.
What is important is that you feel like your Representative/Ambassador/Trainer is offering you the level of customer service that you desire. You are free to choose any Representative/Ambassador/Trainer that you would like to work with regardless of where in the world you are. If you decide to contact more than one Representative/Ambassador/Trainer it is courteous to let them know upfront so they aren't surprised down the road. You may list more than one Representative/Ambassador/Trainer , we are all here to help and if it takes more than one of us to answer your questions, you should list everyone you felt was helpful to you so that they will get some recognition for their time. But again, it's a good idea to disclose that you're talking with several reps.
